  • Where are your products made?
    All of our furniture is handcrafted in our Ayrshire workshop, in collaboration with local upholsterers.
  • Is your timber sustainably sourced?
    Yes, all of our timber is FSC-certified, ensuring it is sustainably and responsibly sourced. Learn more about our commitment to sustainability.
  • Can I see samples of timber or upholstery finishes?
    Absolutely! We offer sample packs for both our timber and upholstery finishes. You can order them [here].
  • Do you offer alternative upholstery options?
    Yes, we provide additional colour variations from our standard fabric collection, as well as a wider selection of fabrics upon request. Please email your inquiry and specific requirements to hello@sixteen10.co.uk.
  • Do you accept COM (Customer's Own Material) or COL (Customer's Own Leather)?
    Yes, we can work with your own materials or leather at an additional cost. For more information, please send your inquiry to hello@sixteen10.co.uk.
  • Are your products suitable for commercial use?
    Our furniture is designed for residential and select pieces, light commercial use. We can provide product-specific advice for commercial applications on a product specific basis. All of our upholstery is suitable for residential use, but if you require commercial fire ratings, please contact us at hello@sixteen10.co.uk with your specific needs.
  • Where can I view your products?
    SIXTEEN 10 operates as an online business, however we can arrange viewings local to our workshop on request. If you’d like to request a viewing, please email us at hello@sixteen10.co.uk.
